Hello and welcome to Elevated Living. Our goal here it to provide you with update to date information, announcements, events and information regarding our new facility. We are scheduled to open in Fall/Winter of 2024. Here is a little information about our facility and our plans.
Dr. Travis Shelton Optometrist of Valley Vision Center and his brother Spencer Shelton, an Occupational Therapist with nearly 20 years of experience working with the elderly, are proud to announce the opening of Elevated Living, an assisted living center located in the Bridger Valley. Rooms are expected to fill quickly so call now to reserve for the fall/winter of 2024. Elevated Living is a residential home located in the Bridger Valley that provides around the clock assistance for daily living activities, such as: bathing, dressing, eating, medication management and oversight for seniors including seniors with mild memory loss. The facility will include: state-regulated supportive care, a 24/7 nursing staff, a large kitchen with a full-time chef, entertainment and transportation to and from activities and appointments, a large living area to reminisce with new and old friends, and a private suite for spending time with family and relaxing. It is within walking distance of the Post Office, Valley Theater, Hair Salons, Back to Health Chiropractic, Achieve Physical Therapy, Yoga and wellness Center, Valley Vision Center, My Hearing Center, shopping, banking, dining, and the beautiful Lyman Library. It will be locally owned and operated creating the same small town care the valley is known for.
